Manager, Human Resources
Cuivre River Electric Cooperative, Inc. is actively seeking candidates for the position of Manager, Human Resources at its Troy, MO location. The position reports to the General Manager/CEO and is responsible for all phases of the HR department, including two directly supervised reports. Qualified candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field, with a master’s degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
Applicants are required to have a minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience in human resources/benefits along with supervisory or team leadership experience. Experience in a customer service oriented business is also desirable.

Supervisor, Information Technology Services
Cuivre River Electric Cooperative, Inc. is actively seeking candidates for the position of Supervisor, Information Technology Services at its Troy, MO location. The position reports to the Manager, Member Services/IT and is responsible for all phases of the IT department, including four directly supervised reports. Qualified candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems, or a related field, with additional education or training in telecommunications/networking, computer programming, database management or GIS being preferred.
Applicants are required to have a minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in computer technology along with a minimum of three years supervisory or team leadership experience. Experience in implementing and supporting complex technology environments is desirable.
