CREC suspends disconnections for non-payment

CREC recognizes that the electricity we provide to our members is a vital service in their daily lives. Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the disruption that has followed, we understand that this may result in financial hardship for some members. Because of that, CREC will suspend all disconnections for non-payment for residential and business customers, for the time being.

We also encourage our members who may have difficulty paying their bill to contact our office at (800) 392-3709 or email, and we will work with you on arrangements.
